What is BDSM?

The most basic form of BDSM (ie the acronym for Bondage & Discipline / Dominance & Submission / Sado-Masochism) is related to all erotic and sexual acts in which you dominate your partner or give up.  control.  Even if BDSM has sometimes gained a bad reputation, the basics can be very liberating, and the more you practice it, the more it whets your appetite in a way you never thought possible before.

When a woman or man takes absolute control of sexual activity, in a way that the partner has no say in, self-confidence can increase.  During this time she or he is "above", receiving everything the partner has to offer, not only psychologically but also physically, which is part of the standard dynamics of most couples.

The key to success is to have an open mind in terms of sexuality, but be very careful: what hurts your partner or you is not exactly good.  However, it is recommended that you explore human sexuality as closely as possible and agree on how this can be beneficial to your relationship.

BDSM gives you a chance to explore different psycho-sexual aspects of your personalities, it is a chance to reinvent the normal dynamics of the couple and to "break" the routine.

.  But you need to take the initiative, talk to your partner about it and convince him / her to do something like that.
